Jade was amazing! So friendly and gentle but got everything. I loved her attention to detail. And the receptionist, I forgot her name 🙈 was so wonderful at rescheduling my appt and getting me in. I love this location and have always had a great experience. I'll definitely be back and refer everyone

The shop, & treatment rooms are clean, & inviting. The desk service is always seamless, & easy. Plus, being in the waxing cycle starts to hurt way less; thanks for explaining that!

No joke this is the first time I've been waxed where I didn't have irritation or bumps right after. Jade did a great job and was super personable and professional. She put me at ease during my waxing, which I've not had done since before Covid. It was clean, safe, and comfortable.
