I will say this over and over: wren is the reason that I’ve continue to stay at this location! As a long time Urban Waxx customer (Over 12 years ago I owned a condo on 19th and Lovejoy, literally across the street from the original UW location) And moved to this location when I moved in with my then boyfriend. I have gone through many waxers at both locations and I’ve never been to another waxing establishment in the 13 years I’ve been going. HOWEVER, it has become increasingly difficult to park at the division location and the only reason I have not left is because Wren has been my aesthetician for about three years. I won’t leave as long as she is there :-)
