I had never been waxed prior to my visit to Urban Waxx. Not surprising that I was a little nervous about being completely exposed while having hair ripped from my body lol. Jevon took SUCH good care of me! She was quick so the process was fairly painless, and immediately put me so at ease that I forgot I was laying there half naked haha. I cannot remember the receptionists name unfortunately, but she was also very sweet and informative. I will 100% be coming back
