I took three classes; yoga sculpt, Yin and All levels yoga. I totally enjoyed all three class and I knew I found my new yoga home. 🥰🙏
As I have said before, I am a premium member and have never had a bad experience at twist. This was a particularly lovely restorative class. We have someone housesitting for us this summer and I've recommended the studio to her- so as I pause my membership during my sabbatical she may pick one up!
