Twist is a great community of instructors and participants, with a variety of types of classes and times. Plus they are linked with Imagine in Lake Oswego, so there are great opportunities at both yoga locations for both yoga and Pilates classes for all levels of experience.

I've been a regular member for quite a long time. Great teachers, great workout. Love that it's women owned, too.
The instruction quality, layout and resources are great. The only critique I have is that the space feels a little clinical to me, less "zen". It's really an atmosphere note that I think would be largely solved with some interior design and color help. Barre 3 feels more like a yoga studio than this.
