It was easy too book, the people were really friendly and welcoming. The studio was easy to find. It's also one of the few places I've found with restorative yoga in this area.
My first time ever ... doing yoga & from the front desk to the instructor I felt welcome, they explained what i needed to know & the energy felt safe and direct.
