I skied all day yesterday and ended my day with evening restorative yin. The instructor did an amazing job with all the poses and breathing techniques. It was just what I needed to end the amazing day I had. I was ready to go home and sleep well when class was completed
It was easy too book, the people were really friendly and welcoming. The studio was easy to find. It's also one of the few places I've found with restorative yoga in this area.
