• I am in my 3rd trimester and going to TRUE REST was the most relaxing and helpful things I have done for myself during my pregnancy. During the session I was able to feel so light, relieve pressure, and even fall asleep! Afterwards I got the best sleep I've had in months. I already felt so much better after my first float and will absolutely continue to float. Nothing compared to what a float has done for me!
