• My experience at True Rest was fantastic! The facility, rooms and pod were very clean and quiet with a spa like feel. The 1 hour float was a must try experience for everyone. As soon as my body was immersed in the water I immediately relaxed. The water was the perfect temperature and the pod was well lit and spacious enough to not feel closed in. My overall experience was wonderful and i can not wait to go back!
