• I walked in the door after a day of extreme back pain, and two weeks of moderate back pain. I didn't know what to expect, but wow. I strutted out with only the original back muscle-pull strain I had been feeling in my left hip. By middle of the next day... that was gone too. I am really looking forward to seeing what's possible when I don't walk in like a 95 year-old woman (I'm 43 and usually in great shape!)

• I want to start with saying the staff there is awsome, the young lady that welcomed us and took us thru the process was very kind,warm and very knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful, clean and extremely peaceful. I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting as far as the float it's self but when I left out of there I was refreshed,alert and in a realy good space. I do plan on doing this again,I highly recommend it. Float Therapy was an all around amazing experience!!

• I went yesterday for my first time and I have already recommended it to my parents, grandparents and siblings. I absolutely loved it and the staff were so friendly and kind. The spa had a very tranquil and relaxing feeling and just got even better once you were floating. I highly recommend true rest and cant wait to visit again!!
