• So thankful I received the gift of a float session this year. I was a bit unsure what to expect, but upon arriving my reservations subsided after being welcomed by the team at True Rest. It only took a few minutes in the pod before I started to relax.... from there it was incredible! I haven't been so relaxed and at ease as far back as I can remember. I will definitely be returning to True Rest!!!!

• I have enjoyed all my floats but this one was the best. I was completely relaxed, stress free and even dozed off. I am a real believer in the power of epsom salts. My back and it's aches and pains always feel better after the float. It is a great experience in a totally comfortable and inviting environment. The friendly staff are special also.
