• A great experience. As I entered, I was greeted by the professional staff who answered all my questions. After I checked in, they took me on a tour of the facilities which are very clean. A very informative video is then shown to know what to expect during your float. Then I was taken to my private room where the pod is for the salt float. I was a bit anxious but after just a few minutes my body went into a relaxed state. At the completion I really did not want it to end. That night I got the best night of sleep ! Even the next day I felt much more relaxed. Needless to say I would highly recommend the True Rest experience for those with sleep issues, stressed out etc.

• True Rest of Powell, Ohio is the most amazing, relaxing way to spend an morning, afternoon, or evening. The magnesium flotation therapy has been an incredible way to relieve the pain I live with every day. I am just so thankful that I found True Rest! The facility is also a huge plus. The whole place is just so clean, staff is positive and caring, and I can schedule my appointment on line which makes it so easy. I can't say enough positive things about True Rest. Thank You!!!
