• Floating is unlike any other self-cafe I have provided for myself. I feel the effects for days following my appointment. I have now moved away from massage and chiropractic because of the great results I am seeing from floating. Thank you so much True Rest!

• I experienced my first float yesterday. It was life changing! My skin feels absolutely amazing. I suffer from daily severe migraines and was having a pretty bad migraine when I arrived at true rest. When I left my migraine was completely gone and my whole body felt at peace. I'm already addicted and can't wait for my next float.
