• I've been working with Ais for 6 months. She has tailored every workout to my needs and goals with mobility, strength, and most importantly addressing stability problems and the occasional odd pain that creeps up because I'm in my mid-40s and hurt myself sleeping the wrong way haha. The facility is very nice, always clean, and well equipped. Love it here, tbh!
