• I am beyond grateful that I found Train & Nourish this Summer. As a middle aged client with bi-lateral knee and a spine surgery, I was worried I would not "fit in" to a fitness routine. I worked with Sloane - the most amazing and kind trainer. I exceeded my goals with her gentle, yet rigorous routines and fantastic coaching. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a fitness situation. Thank you so much. I can't begin say enough about how wonderful my experience has been.
