• I've been working with Ais for 6 months. She has tailored every workout to my needs and goals with mobility, strength, and most importantly addressing stability problems and the occasional odd pain that creeps up because I'm in my mid-40s and hurt myself sleeping the wrong way haha. The facility is very nice, always clean, and well equipped. Love it here, tbh!

• I don't feel out of place here - it's a comfortable environment no matter where you are on the fitness scale. Trainers are professional and friendly and provide knowledgeable answers to any questions. After five sessions I notice small changes in my body composition - most notably in my arms and waist. I actually look forward to my workout here.
