The energy in the place is really calm and inviting. The yoga room floor is really cool and relaxing to focus on while in a deep stretch or pose. Kellee is kind and intelligent and instructs with assertion and power. I trust her guidance.
Class was absolutely amazing… I felt welcomed it was gentle the energy was incredibly smooth best hot yoga I have been to!
