The heat was just right, The instructor didn't rush us, she gave us modifications & her instructions were easy to follow.

This was my first hot yoga sesh and I absolutely fell in love with it, Tonya was an amazing instructor, she was easy to follow and provided a peaceful energy, the flow was not too easy but still challenging, we had plenty of moments to take a break to towel off and drink water, everyone was so sweet and welcoming! I'll definitely be coming again!
Tower Yoga is clean, inclusive, and adaptive to all levels. No place better to practice and be with yourself and your community!
