Toniq is a great community with fantastic and knowledgeable trainers. Since joining Toniq I have been more consistent and passionate about my fitness and wellbeing.
The class was fantastic, really well planned out with variations on each station according to your ability. Constant guidance and encouragement and felt the class went quickly, not a slog or drawn out. It was really great.
