Honestly I wanted to put 11! TONIQ isn't just a gym. It's community, friendship & socialising... it's mental health, a safe space, me time, a place where emotions and overwhelm get expelled and endorphins make you feel good! TONIQ is more than just a gym, it's bringing me back to me!
