Great sessions every time. Encouraging and inclusive atmosphere. Fun! The one thing I would say is please keep up the variety…it has been really good recently to have a change in format for Mondays sweat with Het and also the changes in the strength side. The more variety (and challenge) the better. Thank you!
The friendly and informative staff, despite busy classes they ensure to check in on everyone’s technique and take the time to train you :)
