I am a big fan of sweat days and love the trainer so much , Hetty is so motivational and plays great tunes!!!!
Hetty is an Excellent sweat instructor and always makes sure we push ourselves and get in the zone ! Also yoga with Alice was brilliant, she is a very dynamic yoga teacher and ensures we are strengthening, stretching and building muscles in her classes .
Well organised. Good session. Lovely host.
