I walked in off the street and met Joshua. Never, EVER have I met someone so knowledgeable in their craft. He was quick, professional and explained each part of the procedure. The spa is immaculate! I cannot wait to return!

Staff is very personable which lends to a very comfortable environment which is very important, especially for "lower-region" waxes :) I had the pleasure ofbeing waxed by Gladys. I had not done any type of hair removal for months prior to my appointment so my hair was overwhelmingly present, for lack of a betterword. She was very comforting and patient and did a great job. A friend of mine wants to get a wax too the next time I come!
