When you're not used to being waxed, it's a bit scary. However, when you're provided quick and understanding service, it becomes less painful. Though, I've only gone four times, I was provided with tips and advice on what will make my next waxing better. Each time I've gone, the tips have proven to be true. In a short period of time, I've become somewhat used to it and have not run into any issues. I commend my beautician for dealing with me, and would recommend her to anyone. She made my first time less of the horror story, that I concocted in my head. Lol Tommy's Wax Center has excellent service!

I've only come here for regular eyebrow waxing (so far), and every technician I've had has been extremely professional and very detailed in their work. Purchasing the Monthly Pass lets me come in a few times a month for "cleanups" without breaking the bank. Only negative is that they don't have tip envelopes out front -- I don't mind giving the tips directly to the technician, but sometimes I walk out and forget because there is no reminder at the front desk (if the envelopes were there, nothing else would be needed to remind me).

This was my first time getting a Brazilian and underarm wax. My waxer was really nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. If this is your first time you have a few stray hairs but nothing too much. Would definitely recommend and no I was not paid to write a good review.
