I went to visit the Tommy Wax location in Hamden. The moment I walked in it had such a clean atmosphere not to mention it had the scent of a surgical room. I was impressed although very nervous. I had a friend accompany me in for moral support while I experienced my first Brazilian Wax. I must say, it did hurt but once it was over I loved the results. Ariel is such a professional at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and at ease through the process. That was close to 6 weeks ago and I just had my second Brazilian Wax done!! It seemed like a faster process and it didn't even hurt. I am a Brazilian Queen and I wouldn't go back to shaving if you paid me!!! Gina is also so very sweet and kind and she gave me my initial walk through. I am very happy with my results and this location!! Great job ladies!! Signed; A Very Satisfied Brazilian Queen!!

Ariel is absolutely amazing. Her precision and dedication is something that I have never seen when I have went to other waxing places. All the staff are completely warm and welcoming. 10/10
