I didn’t think an online private made sense. But Karlee was great and really commented effectively on my body and how to help where I was in pain
Zoom cuing has been amazing! Maybe I'm listening more intently without other distraction, but I think it's more a testament to the quality of instruction. Bravo, you guys! Keep up the amazing work! ❤️🙏🏼💪🏼
