The instructors are very knowledgeable in their instructions. Every class is different so it keeps you interested and challenged. I like that they do not play music and offer a playlist instead. This makes it easier to hear the instructor during online classes.

Great class with a consistently great instructor. A good variation from a more traditional Pilates flow I get in other classes. Remote access is convenient and affordable while keeping at home and safe. The only thing that could be improved would be a platform that allows the instructor to broadcast music as happens in an in person class and better technological support for instructors

Even with livestream classes, each teacher makes each class so personal. Thrive feels like a true community.
Loved that the instructor sent her Spotify playlist with the class (which was already good!) nice touch to feel less like I am in my living room
