The space was intimate and not crowded, the teacher (Amanda) was mellow and funny - nice yin twist - easy to register. Overall great class and studio
I know Elizabeth and Sonoma and they are committed to excellence in yoga. I attended when Jenna was there and really liked her also. I appreciate that they instruct us to progress at our own level. The space is so zen like and always clean.
I chose that score because the instructor was very helpful, despite my over-grown body not being very limber. And I didn't die so that's a plus!
Beautiful studio with a refreshing atmosphere. The instructor, Sonoma, was very helpful and encouraging. I left feeling a newfound sense of clarity!
