It was a good flow with a steady lead. The music was a bit distracting.
Being brand new to Yoga; I knew nothing. The instructors are detailed and patient always willing to assist without making you feel like an idiot. Truly is a non-judgment environment that makes you want to come back and keep working on your practice.
