I love all the instructors, especially Sonoma. It was a challenging flow but I felt rejuvenated afterwards!
great class! very relaxing and angie was really good with instructions and letting us focus on our breathing and movements! if the music was a little more relaxing it would be a 10, but i will definitely recommend the class to others!!!!
