Went to my first community yoga class with Scott. The vibe was exactly what I have been searching for in a yoga class. Accepting, all levels, spiritual, and fun!

It was clean and very welcoming. Was there for a celebration of life for Scot(my coworker) mother. Was very welcomed from my first step in the door. Everyone was very inviting and I had a wonderfully time. Actually looked into some classes for the future

Very skilled, knowledgeable yoga instructor Miriam who takes a personal interest in every student, gives the "why" of our movements as well as accommodations. Added bonus is that Miriam usually begins each session with a verse or perspective that is thought provoking! The other yoga loft personnel I have encountered are warm and welcoming.
