The Yoga Loft offers a variety of experienced instructors and classes. In addition, classes are offered at various times to accommodate a working schedule or for those who are retired. To me, that is what makes it a studio to visit time and time again.

Community class new teacher. Well rounded in yoga bridging mind, breath w yoga, artful, has a vision, meaningful and passionate!!!! She has a point to her class ! Developed community among all of us with safe space. This class can technically be longer with what see is trying to do. I appreciate all parts of yoga not just handstands. Simple movements fantastic !
