The yoga instructor gives great cues. She is very specific. After being in the class for a while I know what to do without constantly looking at what she is doing. She also has a great ability of mixing her flows.

Miriam's class is fantastic. Her flows are accessible for everyone and her instruction is amazing. Your body feels renewed, ready for the day after her practice. I live that she brings in the yoga philosophy in a very simple way,which is mostly lacking in most yoga studios and classes. It reminds us that we are connected, and that practice is more than the physical expression of yoga.
