Music was not club music and not too loud, yoga instructor took the time to greet each student and interact, class flow was creative and unique , good blend of easy , meditative, and challenging intensity throughout sequence. Classmates instilled a sense of community.

Everyone is very friendly. They talk you through every pose in detail to make sure you are doing it correctly. They kept reminding the class how to make adjustments, which I love. They were great at giving options for modifications.
