It was the perfect difficulty level to be able to do the poses without struggling too much as a first timer. There were options to do harder and easier routes which was appreciated. I can tell the instructor really cares about everyone's wellbeing which was amazing. I wish I wasn't moving away so I could attend more

The Yoga Loft has top notch instructors. They all demonstrate an in depth understanding of yoga postures, provide clear instructions, and they cater to different level of students. All instructors provide a welcoming environment and they make you feel like family. I love the yoga community, and I’m so happy to be a part it.
