All of the instructors are phenomenal and truly make you feel welcome! I love the variety of classes and the new additions at different times of the year. Very happy Fire Flow has returned with Scott , and Alka has been great substituting for different teachers. It was my first experience with Ashtanga and I really enjoyed it! I just wish I could come every day and take all the classes. There truly is something for everyone at every level at The Yoga Loft.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The Yoga Loft has extremely qualified instructors. They ensure that everyone is doing the poses correctly. They walk around the class, if necessary, to position your body in the right form. I love all the instructors!! They are all helping me with my form, flexibility and mobility. I highly recommend the Yoga Loft!!
