I really enjoy the restorative yoga sessions. I find them deeply relaxing and centering, the instructors make me feel welcome and comfortable (not the experience I've had at all yoga studios!) and the space is lovely. I look forward to these sessions, even if I only can afford to join them occasionally.

The Yoga Loft has amazing instructors who truly care about their students. The teachers walk around to make sure the poses are being done correctly. Also, they will stay after class if you have a question or if you need to be shown how a pose is done correctly. It's the best yoga studio in the Northhampton county area.
