I prefer the gentle yoga- in this case restorative. I love Larissa's style. I appreciate your diversity. It would be nice if you offered a discount for seniors on the drop in, as budgetting is essential to choice. Also, I presume your web site discusses bundle or discount packages; I haven't checked that out yet. Thanks for the opportunity to share!

I have always loved the teachers and atmosphere at the Yoga Loft and the online booking was just what I needed to inspire me to reconnect. It worked very well! It was user friendly and efficient and once I had booked, I showed up. Without booking online, I would've given in to my tiredness and stayed home.
