This is my first real experience with yoga. Tried it for the first time a few years ago and the instructor assumed everyone knew everything about yoga. She had no consideration for first time students. This was also in a gym where there were all levels of experience. I would recommend Yoga Loft for anyone who wants to pursue yoga as part of their life style .

My hubby and I enjoy the Back Care class quite a lot! He has some bad low back pain, and this is helping him. Lovely, relaxing space, and Rachel is a clear and sweet-spirited guide!
