The yoga loft is a wonderful place to practice yoga. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental. I have been practicing for over 20 years in many locations throughout the United States and I have found myself getting into poses I have not attempted in years. The teaching methods allow for exploration and a deepening of my practice while still remaining a joyful and reflective experience.
