I went in to the beginner series of yoga not having any idea of what to expect. Carrie made me feel completely comfortable and had her assistants always make sure I was okay. I suffer back problems and they were so supportive. After finishing the first series, I began to realize how much more I was able to do and my back pain had decreased tremendously!! I am forever grateful for the yoga loft and there willingness to help. I hd been through chiropractic therapy and physical therapy and this by far has helped much more!
