The Yoga Loft has top notch instructors. They all demonstrate an in depth understanding of yoga postures, provide clear instructions, and they cater to different level of students. All instructors provide a welcoming environment and they make you feel like family. I love the yoga community, and I’m so happy to be a part it.

the spot was really nice and clean, the lesson was very fun but for an all levels class the instructor didn't go into how to do the positions for those of us who were there for the first time.
