• I went to The W Nail Bar on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday with my mom and little sister. It was busy but they got us right in. I was amazed at the pedicure options and the amount of polishes to choose from. I was overwhelmed! Our pedicures were great as well as our gel manicures. I did however pick out a nail color I was unsure of. It was color changing. They showed me what color it would change and I had second thoughts but said what the heck! I'll go for it. After 24 hours, I HATED IT!!! I called in asking what could/should I do. It was my fault I picked it so I was positive they would say nothing could be done. I was wrong, Megan was so nice and took down my number and contacted Lauren. She got back to me by the end of business hours and said call in for an appointment and they'd change my polish. I was incredibly happy. I called the next morning and they promptly got me in with Jee Jee. She was wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend The W Nail Bar to anyone! They have amazing customer service. I can't wait to come back! Thank you !

• The quality and attention to detail at the w nail bar is unmatched by any other nail salon I've been to. Olivia is wonderful and really made sure I liked my color and the finish before I was done. I love how the inside is decorated too. I also love how everything they use is natural. I'll definitely be back!
