• I came in at a slow time on a Monday and received a wonderful service. Brittany had such attention to detail, and as someone who likes to do my own nails so I can be really precise, I really appreciated how much time and effort she took to make my nails look flawless! She also made me feel comfortable giving feedback if something wasn't quite to my liking. I always feel so pampered and special when I leave the W and can't wait to schedule my next appointment!

• Absolutely one of the best Nail experiences I have had in the Columbus area. I called last minute and was able to get an appointment rather quickly!! Nails turned out wonderful. Brittany added some really cute nail art, that was tasteful and classy looking. The atmosphere was great, very boujee and relaxing, with staff that was superbly friendly! Will be returning for sure!!

• My sisters and I all came in for pedicures and gel manicures. We all found the pedicure very relaxing, and the choice of add-ins was a plus. The salonists that worked on each of us were great and we enjoyed the conversations between all of us sisters and each of our salonists. The huge selection of polish and gel colors was great!! Everyone was pleased with how their nails turned out. Very nice experience and the salon and employees create an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone!
