I'm not qualified to extol the benefits of Pilates as a practice, so I will comment on the virtues of this particular studio. It is one of the most well-run enterprises I have ever encountered thanks to the office manager, Julie, who is not only efficient but also generous and kind, always looking out for the welfare of the individual client. I have similarly high praise for most of the teachers I have worked with. Maureen especially.
