Amy and I had a semi-private lesson with Michelle, as it turned out, so she geared the class to our level and gave good pointers.
The welcome, as each person is greeted when entering The Pilates Studio in Hadley, is genuine and heartfelt. They make it so comfortable in their inviting, clean and airy space, that I often linger after class and have made good friends over the years.The teachers are rigorous and knowledgeable, making adjustments and accommodations within the gentle flow of the class. I leave feeling much more centered and "in my body". Honestly, The Pilates Studio is one of my favorite places in the Valley!

Excellent instructors with varied passions and teaching styles, all able to individualize cues to help the client, even during large group classes. Excellent equipment and space. Great people all around.
