I felt Maureen was very clear and precise in her instructions, very attentively observing how I moved, and very knowledgeable about alignment and mobility in general. She was encouraging and patient. I felt really good about my first session and look forward to more.

Directions were clear and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My teacher gave me a Pilates lesson that answered my specific needs and exceeded my expectations.
