Laurie is fabulous mat class teacher. She was very welcoming and geared her instructions to those of us in the class with suggestions to modify as needed based on each of our strengths and challenges.
Loved the class and my first impression of the studio. Instructor was very attentive to be sure we were doing movements correctly. I felt welcome and comfortable.
