The teachers at the Pilates Studio are so knowledgeable and helpful and really work to make each class work for each student. As a result of attending classes at the Pilates Studio I have a good relationship with my body and feel strong and healthy.
The Pilates Studio is the Goldielocks of Pilates studios, everything is JUST RIGHT. The staff are awesome! The vibe is the perfect mix of laughter, audible exhales and dedication without anyone getting serious. You meet us where we are at with functional knowledge. You ask us how our body is doing and take care to make sure we get what we need from our practice with an eye towards safety and accommodations. The Pilates Studio is perfect for every body.
