I came to my session with a muscle in my back having the tendency to spasm. Libby understood how to guide the session to benefit me and avoid that happening... she adapted in the moment and was fantastic. I left feeling good and taken care of.
Every class is a great experience, but in particular, I have so appreciated the last two classes I attended because they were my first back after a month-long illness. It was so easy to adjust my routine a bit to account for some strength I have lost, and I know that Maureen was looking out for me as always. I feel super confident that I will be back to normal very soon and am so grateful for the impact this studio has on my life and health!
