Every class is fun and challenging. Maureen sets the tone with a variety of different exercises.
Many aches and pains had vanished by the time I walked out the door.
I love the teachers, classes and experience at The Pilates Studio. I always look forward to my twice weekly classes and love the way I feel after class.
