Accommodating to all levels, clean studio, great classes
Instructor was great, nice atmosphere, convenient location.
Did not feel pressured or shamed not being able to keep up with the class and being able to modify when necessary. Sean also gave me pointers while in the class to help with my form to feel the stretch in the proper areas.
