Wonderful class. Loved the teacher and the atmosphere
Instruction is always high quality and the class schedule has a lot of times. Customer service has always been spot on.

Deb, the instructor, is kind and understanding. She creates such a peaceful and tranquil environment that allows me to really focus on my body and breathing. I haven't been to class since July due to injuries and surgery and she still remembers my name. I love her gentle yoga class.
